Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our refund/return policy below.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we adhere to strict hygiene standards and can only accept returns under specific conditions:
Eligible Return Conditions:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- The product is defective or expired.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos or videos showing the issue for faster processing.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
