  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer several shipping options depending on your location:

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@mescent.com within 7 daysof the expected delivery date. We will assist with replacements or claims where applicable.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some fragrances may be restricted for air shipping due to international regulations on flammable goods.
